Material part list is similar to the tiles part list. The list has a form of a table with following columns:
– Material: pictures of used profiles;
– Brand: manufacturer of used profile;
– Description: description of used profile;
– Order number: order number of used profile;
– Amount: amount of used material;
– Amount to order: recommended amount to order (can be altered by a user);
– Price single: price per single unit;
– Unit: m3, m, lm, pcs, pack, liters, hours, min (can be set by a user);
– Price: calculated price for used quantity.
You can add your own rows (materials, work, etc.) to the part list. Click into last row marked with *. You can manually enter all columns except the first one (material).
Options – set price scale, currency and VAT.
Filter columns – select which columns should be visible in the part list.
Print settings – scale, logotypes, footnotes and printer setup options.
Preview and print – creates print preview from which you can choose to print the part list.
Predefined entries of the material list
Click button Add predefined entries to open a database of custom items that can be used on the materials part list. Select one of the entries or more of them by holding CTRL key. Click button Add to list. Click button Import to import your custom entries saved in a CSV file.
You can add your own items to the database. Click into last row marked with *. Enter brand, description, etc.
To edit an existing entry just click into a cell and overwrite it. For deleting an entry select it and click Delete entry.
